A digital marketing campaign for the charity St. Martin’s Counselling, spreading the message of making counselling affordable and accessible for everyone
St. Martin’s Counselling is a mental-health charity based in the heart of Birmingham city centre. Their service includes face-to-face, phone, and online counselling, and they offer both free and paid sessions. They were looking for a marketing consultant to take a look at their digital marketing channels, and find new solutions to reach more paying clients for their counselling service.
Using my expertise both as a marketing specialist and a film producer, I proposed a package of different services in order to drive a new marketing campaign:
The Google Ads campaign saw a significant increase in the Click-Through Rate (CTR), rising from a baseline of 2% up to an average of 7%, and this translated into a doubling of overall web traffic. Aa full third (33%) of all paid clients acquired during the measurement period were directly sourced from Google.
