Project managing a website build for Catch22

Project managing an accessible, bespoke support website for victims of crime in the Norfolk and Suffolk areas.

The Challenge

Catch22 is a national charity that designs and delivers services that build resilience and aspiration in people and communities. Part of their contract with Norfolk and Suffolk Victim Services was a website rebuild that was fully accessible for everyone – with translation, a chat functionality and local, personalised advice and self-help tools for the Norfolk and Suffolk communities.

The Approach

As project manager, I collaborated with the client, service staff and a web agency to build the new NSCVS website, ensuring the project was delivered on time and within budget.

As part of the research phase, I spoke with service staff and made informed decisions from web analytics. I created a brief for the agency, and once the design of the website was finalised, I led on the web content, creating over 30 pages full of resources, videos and links to other organisations, ensuring the materials reflect the diversity of the intended audience.

What The Client Said

“We had the pleasure of working with Andy Salamonczyk in his role as Communications & Marketing Consultant during the mobilisation of the Norfolk and Suffolk Victim Care Service (NSVCS). Andy played a crucial role in shaping and delivering the new NSVCS website, which has become a cornerstone of the service’s digital presence.

From the outset, Andy demonstrated a deep understanding of the service’s values and the needs of its diverse stakeholders. His ability to translate complex service requirements into a clear, accessible, and user-friendly digital platform was exceptional. Through a series of collaborative planning sessions, walkthroughs, and review meetings, Andy ensured that every detail was considered and aligned with the service’s mission.

Andy’s communication style is both professional and personable, making him a trusted point of contact for internal teams and external partners alike. His proactive approach to project management, as seen in his coordination of timelines, user surveys, and content development, ensured that the website launch was smooth and impactful.

We are incredibly grateful for Andy’s expertise, creativity, and commitment. His work has laid a strong foundation for the NSVCS’s digital engagement and will continue to benefit victims and survivors across Norfolk and Suffolk.”
